We understand that receiving a diagnosis, or being uncertain about your child's development, can be the biggest "storm" a family faces.
Our mission is to create as many "rainbows" as we can, supporting families to better understand their child's development, and to feel confident and capable along the way.
We recognise and appreciate each child as an individual, with their own strengths and interests to build on.
Parents and carers play the biggest role in a child's daily life, so we collaborate closely and empower you to take part.
A caring, collaborative environment that prioritises each child's needs, which leads to more effective and positive outcomes.
I've had the privilege of working in developmental paediatrics, making a tangible difference in the lives of children and their families. My approach is built on the foundational principles of Sensory Integration, Trauma-Informed Care, DIR Floortime® and the SOS® Approach to Feeding, creating individualised plans that promote physical, cognitive and emotional growth.
I have experience supporting children who are autistic, have ADHD, genetic conditions, and physical diagnoses such as Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome, always with a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach.
I'm a member of OT Australia, a registered practitioner with AHPRA, and a registered Medicare provider. I believe in the power of collaboration, working with families, educators and health professionals to help every child grow more independent.
"All children have within them the potential to be great kids. It is our job to create a world where this potential can flourish."
